Popeye – Bride and Gloom (1954)

In this humorous Popeye short, Popeye and Bluto compete for Olive Oyl’s affection — this time in the chaotic lead-up to a wedding. As both suitors try to win Olive’s hand, misunderstandings, jealousy, and slapstick sabotage spiral out of control. Popeye’s attempts to impress Olive are constantly derailed by Bluto’s dirty tricks, leading to a classic showdown that ends, of course, with a can of spinach. A lively and comedic love-triangle adventure from the 1950s Popeye era.
