Goofy – Double Dribble (1946)

In this fast-paced Disney sports short, Goofy takes to the basketball court to demonstrate the “fundamentals” of the game — though his clumsy moves tell a very different story. With Goofy filling every position on both teams, the match becomes a whirlwind of wild dribbling, impossible jumps, broken rules, and classic slapstick chaos. Guided by a serious narrator who tries (and fails) to keep things instructional, this cartoon hilariously parodies the excitement of basketball while showcasing Goofy’s iconic comedic style.
